PNE STREET STARS PROGRAM ~
In the Fall of 2004, The Checkerboard Guy
was asked to consult with the Pacific National Exhibition on
a revised grounds entertainment program for the fair. The plan
was to bring the best from the world of street theatre
to the 17-day fair the following year. Not only did David end
up performing in the program, he also managed it, and did it
again in 2006 and again in 2007. As part of this experience
he decided to put together an annual video to document the
fun of each year's program.
